I started Yahmation after four years of quietly building the operations backbone for my father’s businesses — Highpoint Quail Hunting Preserve and Robinson’s Quality Quail.

Phones, websites, ads, forms, automations — all of it glued together and run so he could stay in the field instead of on a laptop. Once that was working, I formalized it as Yahmation so other small businesses could get the same treatment.

How Yahmation got here

Four years of figuring it out inside a real business — then taking it public in 2026.

2022 — The problem

My father’s businesses were growing. The booking calls, order follow-ups, and ad campaigns all landed on whoever happened to be near a phone. We estimated roughly 40% of inbound leads were slipping through the cracks.

2022–2025 — Build the backbone

Set up a real phone system. Built and managed both websites. Launched Google and Meta ads. Wired up forms and automations so inquiries landed in the right place. Calls per month doubled after the ads came online.

2026 — Yahmation, officially

After four years running it for one business, I formalized the model: one founder, a tight set of owned tools, and a done-for-you setup so other small businesses get a working operations stack without hiring or learning software.

Today

Onboarding the first wave of founding clients at locked pricing. Keeping the client list small and personal on purpose — every account is run by the same person who set it up.
