- We do not guarantee uptime or uninterrupted service.
- Client is responsible for reviewing automation outputs before relying on them.
Form Builder
Form Builder integrates with third-party services (Google Sheets, Airtable, Stripe, webhooks) to extend functionality. Yahmation is not responsible for:
- Data loss or delivery failures caused by third-party service outages
- Changes to third-party APIs that may affect integration functionality
- Unauthorized access resulting from compromised third-party account credentials
- Actions taken by third-party services on data after it has been transmitted
Users are responsible for maintaining proper access controls on their connected accounts and for ensuring compliance with applicable data protection laws when collecting data through forms.
General
Yahmation is not responsible for damages arising from system misuse, incorrect data, revoked permissions, or third-party failures.
The first-month risk-free guarantee covers the Yahmation service fee paid during the Trial Period. It does not refund third-party costs already incurred on the client's behalf (advertising spend, telephony usage, hosting passthroughs, etc.) — those are paid directly to the vendor and cannot be recovered. The guarantee is voided by bad-faith usage or violations of the Acceptable Use Policy. See the Terms of Service for full Trial Period terms.
