5. Payments, Trial Period & Refunds

All fees are due as agreed upon in writing and must be paid in full before services begin.

Yahmation offers a first-month risk-free guarantee ("Trial Period"). The Trial Period begins on the first day of paid service and runs for 30 calendar days. If at any point during the Trial Period the client is not satisfied with the systems Yahmation has built and operates for them, the client may request cancellation and Yahmation will issue a refund of the Yahmation service fees paid for the Trial Period.

The refund does not include third-party costs already incurred and paid out on the client's behalf (such as advertising spend on Google or Meta, telephony usage, hosting passthroughs, or any other vendor charges). These are real money already spent with third parties and cannot be recovered by Yahmation. The Yahmation service fee itself is fully refundable for the Trial Period.

After the Trial Period has ended, all payments are non-refundable.

The guarantee is voided by abuse of the Trial Period, including bad-faith usage, excessive automation load, or violations of the Acceptable Use Policy.

6. Intellectual Property

All custom workflows, documentation, and materials created by Yahmation remain our intellectual property unless otherwise agreed in writing. Clients receive a non-transferable license to use deliverables for their internal business purposes.

10. Termination

We may suspend or terminate services at any time for violation of these Terms. Clients may terminate services according to their service agreement. Upon termination, your right to use the Services ceases immediately. Data may be deleted after a reasonable retention period.
